Therapeutic Approach
Therapy with me is rooted in the belief that healing happens through genuine relationship. My approach is collaborative, relational, and trauma-informed, ensuring that every young person feels safe, seen, and respected. Sessions are developmentally attuned, meeting clients exactly where they are in their journey.
For children, this may involve creative expression to process emotions. For teens and young adults, it’s about providing a trusted, strengths-based space to explore identity and navigate transitions. I work closely with caregivers to ensure a holistic, supportive path forward for the entire family.
Values & Philosophy
Believing in the resilience of young people is the cornerstone of my practice. I am dedicated to fostering an environment built on safety, inclusion, and a profound respect for every individual's identity. I believe that healing is a collaborative journey; by partnering closely with caregivers and staying developmentally attuned to each child’s unique needs, we build a foundation of trust that allows authentic growth to flourish.
