It’s common to feel unsure about what will happen when you talk to a therapist, and anxious to even open that door. I understand this and welcome any sense of hesitancy right into the room.
The great relief in therapy is that it is a place where you can be yourself – however you may be. There is tremendous healing in having a place where you express what has been kept inside, and work through it with someone who understands.
